CHAIRMAN OF HPC ARRESTED ALONG WITH ARMS

KACHAR: Today Cachar Police  arrested Lalmin Thang Sanate (52 yo), Chairman of HPC

 anti-talk group   with four .32 mm pistols and 48 rounds from his possession. 

He leads HPC, an organisation involved in anti national activities in Assam, Mizoram and Manipur. Several cases including Extortion, kidnapping and one murder are pending against him. It is believed that Lalmin Thang had come into Assam for  Extortion purpose.
