Lahorijan: 550 Cartons of illegal liquor Seized at Lahorijan in Karbi Anglong District

#KARBI_ANGLONG Dec'22 | 550 Cartons of illegal Meghalaya liquor seized at Lahorijan Check gate under Dillai police station in Karbi Anglong District. A truck bearing AS01 PC4897 was intercepted at Lahorijan check gate, Carrying 550 Cartons of illegal whiskey (Meghalaya) was supposed to be smuggled to Imphal from Guwahati. The market value of seized illegal liquor is Rs. 15 lakhs (approx). The truck driver and handyman were detained by the police.
